All requests must include everything you need doing, it is YOUR duty to fill all request details in correctly, any additional requests will be classed as a new job. We hold no responsibility for any damages caused by the purchaser uploading our data to an ECU that includes hardware and software. We do not offer any refunds, you are paying for our professional time and not results. If there is an issue with a file please raise a support ticket within the project and we will work with you to fix the issue promptly. Any emissions control software such as Pops and Bangs, DPF, EGR and ADBLUE removal is altered at your request and as such by installing this altered software onto your vehicle you should check that it does not violate any law in the country of usage and should not be used on a public road. We do not recommend altering anything to do with emissions control. If the file you are reading is a VR (virtual read) we strongly recommend you either take a bench read of the file or you write or test the VR before sending in your file request in case anything has previously been done to the vehicle before hand. If you are using clone tools to read and write your ecu we will provide NO SUPPORT.
